No mess, no wastage and no fuss - defrost and cook. Each lobster tail weighs between 181 and 210 grams and is ideal for 1 - 2 people. Brolos lobster tails are suitable for grilling, frying or boiling.

Lobster tails are frozen raw; we recommend following the raw lobster instructions for preparation.

Brought 12 lobster tails, 6 for Christmas and 6 for New Years. We were dreadfully wrong about the quantity…. Each tail was so filling that we ended up using only 8 for both occasions. We will definitely be buying more from you. Thanks
